Alternatively, children may bring a packed lunch. This should be in a secure named container. A drink should be provided in a non-breakable container. Packed lunches are eaten in the main hall. We have a healthy eating policy, and do not allow fizzy drinks or sweets – instead, we encourage lots of fruit, vegetables and water. As some children suffer from allergic reactions to nuts, our school is a ‘nut free zone’ – please do not include items containing nuts in packed lunches (especially peanuts or peanut butter).
